MAKING MUSIC THE RIGHT WAY SINCE 2000.

Hi, I’m Jeff – I am a multi-instrumentalist, performer, songwriter, and producer from Washington, D.C.

Prior to my first birthday, my late great-grandmother bought a children’s sized drum set, indicating to my parents that it would be of great use to me. As the youngest of four kids, I always wanted to be like my older siblings, all of whom were musicians and played in bands. As a young child, my brothers were responsible for babysitting me, but more often than not, they would have band practice while doing so. My eldest brother would sit me on his lap while playing the drums during practice. This deeply influenced my first love for the drums, and enabled me to begin playing the drums at eighteen months old.

Throughout my childhood, I was never one of the kids out playing sports on my street–I was in my basement playing, writing, and practicing music. Due to my age, I did not have the means to record my music in the studio. However, this did not stop me. I learned how to use recording software on my own, and how to get those songs out to the world. Later, I also learned how to book and promote shows on my own during middle and high school.

I contributed to several projects throughout the years that have been crucial to my network, knowledge, and skills. I played guitar for Nashville jazz group The Willies on a few occasions, and was featured on Diamond Youth’s 2012 EP “Don’t Lose Your Cool.” In high school, I fronted garage rock group STRANGER, and joined Baltimore rock group, The Dune Flowers, on drums in summer 2017.

Let’s look at the present.

Blending dream-pop and beach rock, I create songs filled with nostalgia that will make you want to sing and dance to them with your best friends in the world.

I began writing songs for Jeff Draco in the fall of 2017, releasing my first single, “On My Mind,” in March 2018.“Don’t Keep Me Waiting Around,” my second single was released two months later. In September 2018, my debut album “Paradise” was released. Since then, I have put out various more singles, toured the east coast, and played at Firefly Music Festival. I play with a consistent live lineup of friends Roberto Capoccia (drums), Josh Poggioli (keys), and George Turner (bass). My most critically acclaimed single, “For Too Long,” was released on September 6, 2019 to strong streams across platforms, and has since received 120,000 streams. My latest single, “Losing My Mind” featuring Maryland rapper, Ben Beal, received amazing response–racking up 20,000 streams in the first week.

I plan to release an EP in early 2021, and as soon as the COVID-19 pandemic ends, I’ll be coming to a city near you.
